Booking Conditions – Ristorante del Porto

Thank you for choosing Ristorante del Porto.
Your booking will be confirmed by email. We kindly ask you to arrive punctually at the scheduled time and to inform us of any delays. If no notice is given, after 15 minutes from the scheduled booking time, the table may be reassigned.
You may modify or cancel your booking using the link provided in the confirmation email.
To guarantee the booking, a valid credit card is required. No amount will be charged at the time of booking; payment will be made at the restaurant at the end of the meal.
Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation within 48 hours, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of €50.00 per person to the card provided as a booking guarantee.
Allergies and Food Intolerances
To ensure attentive and high-quality service, we kindly ask you to indicate any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking, using the notes field.
Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that specific requests can be accommodated.
Pets
Dogs are welcome, provided they are used to being in public places.
Please indicate their presence in the notes field when making your booking.
Younger Guests
If children will be present, please indicate any special requirements, such as a high chair, space for a stroller, etc., so that we can arrange the table in the best possible way.
Special Requests
For any special requests, you may use the notes field during the booking process.
We will do our best to accommodate them and, if necessary, we will contact you for further details.
